This 32 m² semi-detached house in Zempin welcomes up to 4 guests with a living room and a bedroom. In the living and dining area, you'll find a comfortable daybed that converts into a double bed. A space-saving staircase leads to the upper floor with another double bed. The house features a compact kitchen, a bathroom with WC and shower, private Wi-Fi, TV, and self check-in. Your private garden offers several outdoor spaces for relaxation. The covered terrace behind the house is sheltered from wind and prying eyes and comes with a dining area and a private grill. Another terrace beside the house invites you to unwind in a hammock. You can also use a garden room, and the garden table is available for indoor or outdoor use. A shared carport is provided at the house. One small dog is welcome during your stay. Events are not permitted on the property. The beach is just 750 meters away, and the Achterwasser lagoon is 500 meters from the house. Zempin offers a peaceful village atmosphere with short walks to the bakery, playground, beach, and Achterwasser. Centrally located on the island, it's the perfect starting point for exploring in all directions. You'll receive a comprehensive activity list to enrich your stay and discover local experiences.

You love it private? "Mien lüttes Glück" is tucked away in the 2nd row of a garden. No one is looking at your plate here. Our vacation apartment has a living room, a cozy bedroom, a sunny veranda, a shower room and a small kitchen, affectionately called "Kombüse" by us. A carport belongs to the apartment. Through this you enter the garden in which the vacation home is located. Next to the entrance to the vacation apartment is the sheltered terrace with table, four chairs, parasol and barbecue as well as a beach chair. You can access the veranda via a small staircase. Welcome to your vacation! The living room has a comfortable day bed, a dining table with chairs and a large display cabinet with crockery, reading material, games etc. The day bed can be converted into a double bed (width 1.60 m) in 5 minutes. The bedding disappears into three large drawers during the day. You can snooze in front of the wide TV and relax on the pull-out day bed. Three steps lead to the other rooms. Behind the carport there is a bicycle parking space for 4 bicycles. In the summer season, arrival and departure is always possible on Fridays. Late arrivals are no problem thanks to the key box. You will find the spa cards on the dining table on arrival. The property is completely fenced. You are welcome to bring your dog with you. The beach is about 800 meters away and the Achterwasser about 500 meters. Restaurants, a bakery and public transport are all within walking distance. A parking lot is available on the property. Only dogs allowed (1 dog or 2 small dogs, for a fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not permitted. Baby crib and high chair are available on request.
